Ray is an awesome personal fitness trainer, it has been great to work with him! I have had my 9 y/o son workout with him on his speed and stamina for a couple months now, and Ray quickly bonded with him not only as his personal trainer, but as a mentor and motivator! I've been working out with Jay for a few months, and it's amazing. He's a fantastic personal trainer. He knows a lot, and he's always professional and on time. His prices are great. The gym he works out at is the best. I have special needs due to a disability and Jay has been very understanding, supportive and has developed modified and accessible exercises and lifestyle plans for me.
