They even went the extra mile and went with me to Home Depot to make sure I selected the right replacement unit and necessary parts. Once the new water heater arrived, they returned and installed it with great care and attention to detail.Their workmanship is meticulous, and they patiently answered all of my questions throughout the process. They also responded quickly to both phone calls and texts, which gave me peace of mind. Miguel and Carlos did a VERY neat job, were professional, patient and timely. #2 Installation of whole-house water filter. Instead of a water softener, the Halo brand uses filter media and ion control. Big job burying the 5-ft filtration cylinder in the ground and redoing piping and appurtenances into the house. Again, Miguel and Carlos did an excellent job, were very knowledgeable and great to work with. Technician George started me out on understanding what I needed and options and worked with me on pricing. All GOOD!"See more

Unfortunately, I had called and confirmed the price on a special they were running; the admin who took the call did not get enough information from me to determine that I was not eligible for the special pricing. However, Luciano was able to tell me that before beginning work and said he would honor the price if he was able to clear the drain without having to break into the wall. Once he diagnosed the problem, he told me what my options were as well as the associated costs. He wore booties and even asked for cleaning supplies to clean up the mess that was made.10/10 would highly recommend!"See more

We had a 16 year old Rheem water heater that decided to finally die and developed a leak in the middle of the night that got worse and was flooding our garage. Bryan and I came to terms quickly and picked up the replacement water heater which I bought from Home Depot and was at my place in less than an hour. He was able to complete the job in about an hour or so and did an outstanding job. He has such a wonderful personality and I would highly recommend him without any reservation."See more
