Brandon (plumber) was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. As we were waiting for the water to drain from the old tank, I expressed concerns about my water pressure possibly too high, causing bathroom faucet to leak; he performed a courtesy check of my water pressure and confirmed it was too high. Despite Brandon having a long day, he had an uplifting spirit and worked tirelessly to swap the tank. Will definitely ask for Brandon by name for the next job."See more

Plumber Kevin arrived w/in a half hour (on a Sunday) and prepped a very reasonable estimate. Had to wait until Monday to get replacement part from plumbing supply house and work completed before noon on Monday. Very reasonable and very impressed!"See more

We are grateful that we were not even charged extra because it was a holiday. The service representative, Arturo, arrived promptly, was very professional and patient explaining every step of the process to us and giving us advice on some things we could do to prevent problems in the future. He keeps a pictorial history of problems and showed us examples related to our situation. We could tell he was earnest. His knowledge and advice is very valuable because our past ignorance has contributed to the present problem. Services we’ve had before just quickly performed their task and left. We may have to have a follow up visit and will now make High-Speed our regular service company for septic tank needs. Well after the appointment was made, The driver informed the representative that he was not working today so the appointment was canceled. So we have to wait three days to get the service we need."See more
