- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a straight hourly rate with a 2-hour minimum. No "black box" project fees. You pay for the time worked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Quote: Send a photo or link to your product and description of the project 2. Prep: I verify the scope of the project to bring the correct tools and hardware 3. Install: I methodically assemble, install, or mount and review with finished product with clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Expertise in structural mechanics and high-tolerance assembly. I don't use the cheap hardware that comes in the box; I use professional-grade sleeve anchors and toggles designed for San Diego's diverse residential and commercial wall types.
