I've sent my wife for a trial session and after first lesson she showed me couple of things that attracted my interest... Now we're both into engaging training that is way more fun than you can expect from routine repetition of the same moves in let's say kick-boxing
James was professional and effective. He came prepared with weights, a training bar, a platform, ropes and other equipment. He was easy to communicate with and I appreciated that he checked in with me about my training goals prior to our first session. Our training was both fun and challenging. As I entered my 60s, I wanted to find a good fitness trainer to keep me in decent shape. I found that person in Colin Lewis. He's knowledgeable, personable, and patient. Whether it was free weights, kettles, planks, or even boxing he always knew just the right equipment, timing, and words of encouragement for an enjoyable, results-oriented, custom training experience.

I have had personal trainers before but only at a gym. When i trained with Armando Ramirez it was in the comfort of his home. He trained me in his garage and it was for a month. I told him I wanted a work out plan that would target a total body work out crunched into an hour. He first weighed me and tuck measurements. So I can see my progress. That was very helpful and I like that I felt comfortable with him. I liked how it was one on one without the crowded gym environment. Armando showed me how to enjoy working out instead of counting down the minutes. I liked how it was quick and do able on a weekly basis. He always made sure my form was correct. In the past other trainers didn't give me as much attention due to other clients in the gym. Armando also pushed me when he seen I wanted to give up. But it was not aggressive it was very motivational. He showed me that I was capable of exceeding in my work outs. One thing, Armando did not have to many work out machines but his work out consisted more of stability and balance. I liked that better because I can do those work outs anywhere. No GYM needed. I really recommend training with Armando!!

Martin is a GREAT instructor, he works with you to make sure you understand the workout and makes sure you are doing the exercise properly. I started taking Angela’s classes about a year ago and each class is always an awesome experience. She definitely keeps you on your toes by changing the routine so that it’s always fun yet challenging, and spends the time to focus on your techniques so that you feel like you’re improving. Not only does she make you sweat, but her positive attitude and humor makes it feel like you’re having a great time while doing it! You can tell she’s passionate about what she does and puts a lot of thought and care into her classes and training. The most important thing is that she makes you feel comfortable, like you’re working out with your best friend. It’s what keeps me coming back, even when the drive is far! I would recommend anyone to take Angela’s classes!
I really enjoyed training with Alina because she coached me through an effective work out and also rehabilitation excercises, fully understanding my past chronic pain issues and helping me prevent further injuries. I feel not only stronger, but more confident in my ability to progress to heavier weights and higher intensity workouts. Alina also motivated me to adopt intermittent fasting (IF), which has had a significant impact on my weight management and energy levels. Alina gave me helpful tips on how to start and sustain IF, which I've been doing now for almost 8 months. Overall, Alina has a very strong grasp of mobility, strength, endurance, nutrition and other foundational pieces that trainers need to provide a comprehensive service.

I began working with Nate Moore a few years ago for the sole purpose of losing an extreme amount of weight. At the time I began working with Nate I weighed in at 230 lbs and after 16 months I was down to 125lbs. Prior to working with Nate I had joined several other gyms and always found myself getting bored and losing all motivation very quickly which resulted in not returning. Every single one of Nate's training sessions are exciting and he always provides new fun ways of challenging yourself regardless of your fitness level. His innovative training methods made me LOVE working out. Definitely not your typical boring workout routine. The level of dedication, energy, knowledge, patience and constant support that Nate provides is above and beyond anyone else that I've ever worked with. I have been training with Cindy Hom at Apex Wellness for five years. She is a terrific trainer! I'm a senior and she knows just how to deal with the difficulties associated with age. She's added many years to my life. It's no joke staying in good physical condition at my advanced age. She understands the human body and has consistently pushed me to do things I didn't think I could do. Working with her has allowed me to keep up with my great-granddaughter, which is not easy to do.
