I've sent my wife for a trial session and after first lesson she showed me couple of things that attracted my interest... Now we're both into engaging training that is way more fun than you can expect from routine repetition of the same moves in let's say kick-boxing
I have had personal trainers before but only at a gym. When i trained with Armando Ramirez it was in the comfort of his home. He trained me in his garage and it was for a month. I told him I wanted a work out plan that would target a total body work out crunched into an hour. He first weighed me and tuck measurements. So I can see my progress. That was very helpful and I like that I felt comfortable with him. I liked how it was one on one without the crowded gym environment. Armando showed me how to enjoy working out instead of counting down the minutes. I liked how it was quick and do able on a weekly basis. He always made sure my form was correct. In the past other trainers didn't give me as much attention due to other clients in the gym. Armando also pushed me when he seen I wanted to give up. But it was not aggressive it was very motivational. He showed me that I was capable of exceeding in my work outs. One thing, Armando did not have to many work out machines but his work out consisted more of stability and balance. I liked that better because I can do those work outs anywhere. No GYM needed. I really recommend training with Armando!!
great trainer, I was able to take a kickboxing class and cardio/strength training class with him and it was great. very knowledgeable trainer in different aspects of fitness.

Whether it was free weights, kettles, planks, or even boxing he always knew just the right equipment, timing, and words of encouragement for an enjoyable, results-oriented, custom training experience.

Jeremy and I use to train together in high school, now he trains me while I am trying to get my health and weight back under control since being diagnosed with T2 diabetes. We've been training since Sept 2013 and I have lost 10lb since. Never felt better in years and getting into a strong grove to shake the weight and keep it off. Not only does he trains, but he constantly checks me on my nutrition to regulate what I put in my body. He keeps it fun, active and positive. Always utilizing new methods that he learns from his peers so the training is not always the same every session. If you understand diabetes, it can be difficult to lose the weight while trying to maintain your blood glucose at a safe level. So far together with Jeremy we are on a good pace for me to hit my goal for 190lbs before the end of 2014. Trust in Jeremy! You can't go wrong with FireFitness!
Like a lot of folks, I’ve been trying to balance a busy schedule and spend a lot of hours during the day sitting in front of a computer. I came to Vince looking for help with conditioning and was curious about martial arts. I was also feeling rather nervous and shy about training. My observations so far: Vince listens carefully and knows how to ask questions that get right to the heart of the matter. He’s a rare combination of technical expertise and emotional intelligence, and more importantly a down-to-earth personable coach. He has the ability to drive the big picture (reminding me of goals) while at the same time paying attention to an amazing amount of detail (proper technique training). I absolutely love pad training with him (it caught me off guard how quickly it gets my heart rate going) and he mixes in TRX and Boot Camp elements into our training sessions to keep me engaged. I couldn’t be more pleased with our sessions and look forward to continuing with him. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to feel empowered and experience the benefits of a seasoned coach.
I love my workouts with Cindy. She is keen with my abilities. I'm an advance exerciser, Cindy's workouts were intense and challenges me. I love the fact that Cindy incorporates kickboxing into my training. I felt every single muscle in my body. 2 days of strength training and 2 days of kickboxing. I look forward to my sessions every day. I'm starting to feel a difference in my body.
Jeff Morton tailored a strength and mobility program to meet my specific needs and goals as a senior woman. I became more flexible, strong, and mobile in practical ways that enhanced my life. Jeff's training also gave me a sense of well-being and a can-do attitude. He works very hard to stay current with research on nutrition and habit formation, two specialties of his. Overall, Jeff is an excellent, creative personal trainer with whom you'll be very happy.
So far we have met 3 times. 2 on exercise training, 1 for a massage. And, he is right on cue! I pat myself on the back to have made the right choice (for my first time ever) to have a personal trainer. I won't add any photos (yet) but, in a couple of months, (I'm sure) I'll be able to share the "before" and "after"...photos.
Kody was a trainer at the gym I belong to and he was always motivating and would push me further. I moved and switched to another gym location but missed seeing him and learning from him. I recommend his services to anyone looking to improve their fitness lifeste and enjoy it also Angela Bigelow

Motion Fitness & Martial Arts: is a great place for fitness. Martin is a GREAT instructor, he works with you to make sure you understand the workout and makes sure you are doing the exercise properly. He is very detail oriented and wants to make sure you reach your goal. If you are looking for someone to push you and reach your potential this is the place to go.
Learned the how to hit with my palm and how to ward off a potential attacker while on the ground. Added bonus is it is a good workout for the glutes and general fitness.
Niko Skuljan and I met nearly three years ago (come this June) I posted an Ad on Craigslist for a private one on one Martial Arts instructor (I moved up from San Francisco to Sonoma full time 3 years ago) and decided to give up my Martial Arts trainer in the city, and Niko responded. We agreed to meet, go over in great detail, what my background in training was, what was important for me in my training, and his philosophy on Combat training, in other words....a very comprehensive consultation. The followoing week we began our training. I have been involved in one form of Martial Arts for years, whether it be Judo, A little Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing and now, with Niko, traditional Boxing, Muay Thai (or Thai kickboxing) as well as Jeet Kune Do (Bruce Lee's form of Martial Artistry) as well as a little Wing Chun. Niko Skuljan is very adverse in ALL of these forms of combat training! He is passionate, very patient, always reliable and extremely knowledgeable! And has an eye like a hawk! Nothing gets by Niko! Never fails to correct your form or stance, but also demonstrates it for you, so you have a visual to go by. We film our sessions, and He and I agree, that is a great way to see whatever might need correcting or what is being executed precisely! He and I have developed a friendship as well (as he is a highly intelligent individual and someone you feel an immediate connection or bond with) Even if Niko is delayed with traffic (as he lives in a different town then Sonoma) he is always fair and we always make up the time on another day of training.
