- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent pricing which consists of Part price + cost of labor (hourly base) We charge initial fee on the first visit. The initial fee will be included in your estimate if agree on repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Regardless if we work with the customer for the first time or on repeating base, we always trying to explain the problem with their appliance and how we will fix it. We striving to keep the entire process simple and transparent, so the customer can understand what is being done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We passed several training courses in household and commercial repairs. We have a big team of professionals with experience more than 10 years which can always help us with the most complicated tasks to keep the customer satisfied.
