As an HOA in East Oakland, we were dealing with ongoing issues with our irrigation system and decided it was time to replace the area with turf. We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Handy Up.
From the very first visit, Josh impressed us with his knowledge, professionalism, and expertise. He took the time to explain exactly what the project would involve, and we immediately felt confident that we were in good hands. We only had a general vision for the project — installing turf, restoring the pathways, and repairing fence boards — but Josh helped bring everything together seamlessly.
He promptly provided us with a fair and reasonable quote and was able to start the work without delay. Throughout the entire project, Josh was communicative, reliable, and kept us updated on the progress every step of the way.

Amazing transformation: professional work at a really fair price!
We are extremely impressed with the professionalism, hard work and quality of work which HandyUp completed on our side yard.
HandyUp team transformed our side yard by the deck from a mud pit into a beautiful oasis in just a day and a half. We didn’t know what to do with this space. It was an eyesore and would get really muddy in the winter.
We consulted with HandyUp team and they helped suggest the scope and shape of the work. They advised us on what to do to make it look so good, and he executed the work quickly.
They were prompt, arrived when they said they would, and managed all of the building materials themselves.
All this beautiful work done in less than a day and a half!
We’re very impressed with their work and the fair pricing they offer and we will call them for our next landscaping and decking projects
