As an HOA in East Oakland, we were dealing with ongoing issues with our irrigation system and decided it was time to replace the area with turf. We only had a general vision for the project — installing turf, restoring the pathways, and repairing fence boards — but Josh helped bring everything together seamlessly. He promptly provided us with a fair and reasonable quote and was able to start the work without delay.
