Alex was the first person I’ve ever hired through Thumbtack and he set the bar high. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is pretty competitive with what’s out in the market. I typically charge a consultation fee that I will give credit for if I’m hired for the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to ask a lot of questions. I want to make sure we are on the same page when it comes to making sure your wants and needs are met. Once we agree to work together, I like to be as thorough as possible when explaining the steps I’ll be taking in order to complete my tasks. This i believe helps the customer understand the process a bit better and will have a better idea of what is needed to complete the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing construction since I was in high school. A few years ago I received an AA degree in construction management!
