Filled out for asking for a clean in a specific day. Checked the box to say only interested in that specific day. Then got automated text message. Texted back saying looking for cleaning on the day. Called me telling me how many cleanings they had booked the next two days and the only date they were available…cool thanks for wasting my time. I just wanted a specific day a simple “we aren’t available” would have been sufficient instead of wasting my time over two mediums. Have a better process!
