I took a home cleaning service for move in. The house was in a pretty decent condition but the garage was dirty. Just wanted to get it cleaned before I move in. The coordinator / owner Zach was very good to talk to, he sounded like a professional but the lady who came home and did the job not up to the mark. I had clearly mentioned to make a choice - if superficial cleaning was enough / deep cleaning ( I left it to them to decide ) . I paid 295$ for 4 hours of work( 2 hours x 2 people ) and was willing to pay 375$ too ( for deep clean ) Half n hour into the work & The older lady who came to ckean started mumbling about the size of the house, the amount of work she’d have to put in and how much she’d have to pay to the helper she got. She kept asking me what to clean ( I think it’s obvious- in an empty house with no furniture , I think it’s pretty understood that you need to clean the window pane ) . Anyways the other lady with her was good and did her job well without any complaints . Il probably have to hire someone again to get areas of my house cleaned . Also, I had clearly asked for non toxic solutions and the older lady who came blatantly denied and said she’d use DAWN as it’s the first cleaning. I have eczema and I am hypersensitive to chemicals. Anyways! I had to wipe down the whole house again with water , once they left.
