Juan removed our previous bathroom floor tiles in three bathrooms and installed our new tiles (pictured). He also removed our carpet in two bedrooms and installed our laminate floors. Juan is exceptionally precise and aims to deliver high quality work. He and his team were punctual every day that they were scheduled to come in, and let us know every step of the way what he would be doing on that particular day. He kept a clean workspace at the end of each work day, discarding clutter and debris. He is meticulous and detailed in his work (see photos), and has a great eye for what looks great and what fits your aesthetic. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
* I cannot give any amount because it really depends on the materials but I do extra job works, since I'm pretty sure that I do perfectly fine with my work. I also do suggest some ideas about my creations and how it would look like.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
* I normally meet the customer first and asked for an appointment to them, after the appointment we set up the project. I also asked my customer if its okay for me to check my project everyday.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do work for Union before and I was a Germany apprentice for two years and graduated Tile setter which is my forte.
