- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices might be high for some people but it’s definitely based on time & effort! A lot of people don’t understand baking is a lot of work and measurements and you have to be very patient for it! I provide the very best for my clients! ✨
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking questions like : What day, time of pickup or delivery, cake flavor and fillings, frosting type & if they have a picture in mind I can take a look at to get a better understanding of what they want!🌟
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a food safety license & I been in the baking industry for about 5 years! I know a lot of things but always willing to learn more!🤍
