- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My events are priced per person. Depending of what types of foods, how many sides or meats, appetizers or desserts, drinks, etc. ranging from appetizers only around $10 a person, entrees from $14-$22 per person. Desserts $2-$4 per person. And so on! Everything is personalized to your budget and what you need!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I Start by figuring out exactly what it is my client needs. What type of Menu, What type of serving options, what type of staff. Then figure out any additional tasks I can take off of the hosts hands. (shopping, decorations, drinks, game and activity ideas, etc). We will do a tasting next, We can meet somewhere convenient and taste some of the things you'd like to have at your event. There I would collect half of your amount due at this time, as well us filling out the Menu contract. Next would be your EVENT!!! Plus I always get ahold of you the day of on my way and make sure there is nothing last minute I can take care of. (Usually is ice!!)
