Eden is amazing! She has in depth knowledge of pilates and the human anatomy. She pays detailed attention to form and adjusts the exercises to fit the need. My husband is using her as pilates instructor and I am using her as a massage therapist. We both feel we are in very professional hands! I have back issues and she knows exactly which areas need attention.

Honestly, I didn't think Pilates would be the workout for me. I was so wrong. Jessica had been training my wife for quite a while, so I thought I'd join them for a session. I had been missing out! It's awesome! I feel the burn every time. Her training helps me to feel leaner, elongated and stronger with very little impact. It's also great to be able to work out with my wife at home. It's our ritual. Jess knows her stuff!

I have had nothing but amazing life changing and body changing experiences with Alex. After a horrible car accident and 3 herniated disks in my back and pretty much being bed ridden, she has taught me ways to help strengthen my body in pilates that I didn't ever imagine I would be able to do. I have seen her twice a week (sometimes more) for the last 6 months. She has taught me ways to strengthen my core so that my back is in less pain. She's a life saver. Her teaching technique is one that is extremely professional and punctual. I am so grateful for everything alex has done to help me on the road to healing and recovery. I HIGHLY recommend her.
Lisa is very professional and has been a great trainer. She is always modifying the workouts to fit my needs and prevent any exercises from becoming boring. She also is constantly looking up more exercises to meet what I want to be working on. She seamlessly transitioned my workouts from in the pool to indoor Pilates and yoga when it got too cold, and is helping me improve my flexibility slowly but surely.
Christine is an outstanding Pilates and fitness instructor. Her sessions are well thought out to either help you with problems you may have (I have a pinched nerve in my neck) or improve your overall fitness. I met Laurel while she was working at my local health club in Chicago over 12 years ago. She was very knowledgeable about the body and pilates. I certainly felt stronger after weekly private sessions with Laurel so I continued to see her regularly. After a few years I was pregnant with my 1st of 3 pregnancies. Laurel was the best exercise for me during those 3 years! I learned how to work hard while breathing properly in labor positions. I truly believe she was key to me delivering 3 babies without pain medications with the help of a midwife at Prentice Hospital. Birthing classes gave me the information, but Laurel actually helped me practice. She was always patient with me while we worked through aches and pains, yet always pushed me to challenge myself. I highly recommend Laurel to anyone, beginner to advanced, that needs a fantastic pilates instructor. .

Finishing my pilates certification program which will end in December 2017/January 2018. I'm going through a 470 hour classical style pilates certification. I have experience teaching fitness and dance classes for over 5 years but group and private. I'm a professional dancer with 30 years dance experience, with over 10 years of healthcare background. I enjoyed pilates as a student and decided to make it my new career path. I'm patient, love helping people, and looking to start build my clientele. I started pilates about 5 years ago and fell in love. Now that I'm half way through the program and teaching... I can't wait to see where pilates will take me next year and the years to come.
