Introduction: I'm Joshua Adam and I am the owner of Studio 627 a wedding videography and photography business based in Los Angeles County, CA. Although I am based in LA County, I specialize in weddings in all of Southern California, Mexico, & Guatemala. The inspiration for my style comes from Hollywood style cinema & Super 8 camcorders. I love a full movie production, but at the same time I enjoy the simplicity & nostalgia that comes with "dad cams". So I aim to record all my weddings in the best quality I can, while instilling the memories of a wonderful occasion in a timeless film medium that doesn't seem to get old. I believe films & photos are magical — they have the power to transport us to another time and place; while also recreating the emotions felt at that time. This belief allows me to craftily recreate the power, importance, virtue, & beauty of my clients.

I worked with Studio 627 for a highlight video of my 30th birthday. I am so pleased with how the video came out. I had footage at multiple locations over multiple days and Josh was accommodating to all of my requests. I was nervous at how I'd look in the video and I was amazed with his talent and how myself and all my friends looked our absolute best. He worked with me until I was happy with the final product, even when I changed my mind regarding music choices. He wanted me to have a final product that I was happy with and that meant so much. Josh is extremely professional and easy to work with and I would highly recommend Studio 627 for your event!

Very thankful I found Joshua and Studio 627 for my wedding! Joshua and his assistant were wonderful! Joshua is an extremely personable, reliable, high caliber videographer. he went over and above to make sure things went smooth and calm and no detail was missed. Josh was great from start to finish! We reached out to josh last minute for our wedding video bc we originally only had the budget for photography... once we hired josh we wanted our photographer to take the lead on our wedding day and having videography be second. However, luckily we hired Josh bc he did better work than our photographer and gave my husband and I more direction on our wedding day. joshs artist eye allows our photographer to get some amazing shots and he was able to create a beautiful wedding video for us. We are so thankful. He is super talented and creative. Quick responses via email and phone, personable, and easy to work with. My husband and I will forever cherish our wedding video. He did just a good job, we 100% recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Full wedding day coverage begins at $1200. I do custom packages and we negotiate based on your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask new customers to provide me basic info and then I will inform them of the whole process and how Studio 627 is going to take care of them the whole way. We want to make sure they are always comfortable with us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took advanced film/digital photography courses at Mt. San Antonio College to build my skills as a photographer. As a videographer, I trained and worked with the Disneyland Resort within the Entertainment Department. I specifically worked with the Parades department, providing them with training and documentation material for use in future parades.
