- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In-Person Training: Sessions are dependent on how many days per week you can commit to training. Per session, the rate is lower the more days per week you train, but based on availability and your goals, we will finalize during the assessment. Online Fitness Coaching: $35 per week without nutrition coaching, $48 per week with nutrition coaching included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In-Person Training: Schedule a pre-assessment phone call to discuss: - Current fitness goals - Training and Nutrition History - Previous/Current injuries (if any) - Description of the Gym If you and I both feel like the perfect fit for each other, I will offer you a complimentary workout to assess your level of fitness, discuss a pricing plan, and have you get a feel for the gym! Online Fitness Coaching: Schedule a zoom assessment to: - Discuss current fitness goals - Training and Nutrition History - Previous/Current injuries (if any) - Assess the current level of fitness - Discuss pricing, sign the waiver, and get yourself set up on your own fitness app
