Im crazy busy so I never have time to make it to the gym but my health is really important to me. Luckily I found SendMeaPro at the farmers market and got paired with one of their trainers who comes to my house. From the moment I met my trainer, I knew I was in good hands. She took the time to understand my fitness goals, lifestyle, and any of my limitations. Her expertise and dedication have truly transformed my fitness journey. She designs customized workouts that not only challenge me but also fit seamlessly into my hectic schedule. I've seen significant improvements in my strength, endurance, and I feel like I have more energy than I have had in a long time. After having hip surgery I went to physical therapy for a few months but when I was done I still wasn’t able to get back to walking my dog or playing pickle ball like I had before. My friend suggested I look into getting a trainer but I hate crowds so the idea of going into a gym really put me off. I found "Send Me a Pro" on yelp and filled out the form on their website. When they called I really liked how they listened to my situation and helped build a package for my goal to get back to walking. They paired me with a trainer who had a background in sports rehab and the next day she came to my house for our first session. She is a tennis player so we hit it off right away and I really look forward to our sessions. After 3 months I’m almost feeling back to 100% which was something I didn’t think was possible. I really like that I don’t have to worry about leaving my house and I’ve been really impressed with the results I’ve gotten so far. I’ve been telling all my friends about how good I feel and two of them have signed up as well.

Being a first time mom, I nervous about getting back to working out again after having a baby. I wasn't sure where to start or how to properly transition back to working out like I was prior to pregnancy. My friend told me she had a trainer that came to her house and introduced me to the service she used call send me a pro.When I called them the person I spoke with asked a lot of questions about what I wanted and helped me pick the perfect trainer who specializes in working with post partum moms. We even settled on doing 30 minute sessions for convenience and to accommodate the limited time I had.The best part of my experience has been my trainer and the progress Ive seen in such a short amount of time! She's been amazing, informative and so patient!! Weve worked on strengthening my core and Ive noticed a big difference in how my body looks - after a month Im almost back to my pre pregnancy weight. And the fact that she comes to my house has been so convenient. I don't have to worry about finding a sitter or leaving the house.I referred some others in my mom group about the service and 3 of them have signed up as well. They even put a mom fitness class on for us once a month which has been a great way to get a break from the kids.Highly recommend using the send me a pro team and their services!

I cannot recommend these guys enough. I had tried Rover and some of the other services to find a pet sitter for my dog max before but because hes a bit shy it never seemed to work out with the people that showed up. Send Me a Pro was different because they actually spoke with me directly and then knowing Maxs temperament paired with someone who was going to take the time to get to know him before they started watching him while I was away. Ive been using them for months now and its been amazing. Max gets seizures and last month he had a bad one but Chris who watches him followed my instructions to the letter and sent me messages to keep me updated. Max was fine and I was so relieved to know he was in good hands. Its hard to explain how much peace of mind I have when I travel now. If youre looking for pet sitters that actually care about your pets you need to reach out to these guys.
