As a producer my schedule is packed and finding time for fitness seemed impossible. That's when I discovered the guys at send me a pro, and it has been a game-changer! From the moment I met my trainer, I knew I was in good hands. She took the time to understand mygoals, my hectic schedule and even my previous knee injuries. Her knowledge and expertise are simply outstanding. Not only has she helped me build strength and endurance, but she also ensures each session is something new. The convenience of having workouts at my house has compelety changed things for me. Im consistent with workouts for the first time in years and I couldnt be happier.

After having hip surgery I went to physical therapy for a few months but when I was done I still wasn’t able to get back to walking my dog or playing pickle ball like I had before. My friend suggested I look into getting a trainer but I hate crowds so the idea of going into a gym really put me off. I found "Send Me a Pro" on yelp and filled out the form on their website. When they called I really liked how they listened to my situation and helped build a package for my goal to get back to walking. They paired me with a trainer who had a background in sports rehab and the next day she came to my house for our first session. She is a tennis player so we hit it off right away and I really look forward to our sessions. After 3 months I’m almost feeling back to 100% which was something I didn’t think was possible. I really like that I don’t have to worry about leaving my house and I’ve been really impressed with the results I’ve gotten so far. I’ve been telling all my friends about how good I feel and two of them have signed up as well.
