I have been working out with Chris for a few months now and have definitely seen results. He emphasizes correct form and varies the workout each time. He is encouraging and challenging at the same time. My friend and I train 2x a week and both of us look forward to the session and have been motivated to exercise on our own as well. He is very knowledgable and understands where we are in our fitness level. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a mom with two young children, I would highly recommend Chris as a trainer. You will see results.

I worked with Chris for several months. My goals were to loose weight and work on toning my body the proper way. This was my first time working with a personal trainer and I was quite skeptical but upon meeting Chris my hesitations and fears automatically ceased to exist. Not only is Chris a true professional but he provides a non-judgmental and beyond comfortable exercising environment. Working with Chris exposed me to the correct systematic ways of building up endurance as well as obtaining that cardio goal for each workout session, whilst making everyday fun and exciting. Saying that he is an expert in the field of fitness does not suffice enough when it comes to explaining his knowledge. It goes beyond that. You can tell that he honestly cares about your goals and you as an individual. His kindness, his patience, and genuine personality not only makes him an extraordinary trainer but an amazing person as well. I would recommend Chris as a personal trainer to anyone and everyone!

Chris knows his stuff, and develops workouts that are not only always working towards your goals but are also interesting and fun. He mixes things up, lets you do the things you "like" but also challenges you to try things you wouldn't have otherwise. I'm no athlete and fitness is always hard for me, but I am really enjoying working out with Chris. He's very nice, but he WILL push you. I'm really happy I found him!

i have been training with Chris for about 5 months now and can't say enough about what he has done for me. I have congestive heart disease and when i met with Chris the first time I explained my limitations. Chris has developed my training around these limitations and I feel better than I have in 5 years. As each new session begins we try to stretch my limits a little bit each time without additional stress. I would recommend Chris to anyone his humor and enthusiasm during each session makes it easy to show up. One word of caution, watch out for the green ball ;-)
