Glen was very nice and professional. I had less than two weeks to plan my wedding and food is such a huge part of making an amazing wedding. Glen was in time, his service was great and the food was great. My guest loved it.

We had the great pleasure of having Glenn from Beyond The Shore Catering provide the food for my daughters graduation party. He provided a tasting the month before and was very open an accommodating to our requests and needs. The day of the event he arrived, set up a beautiful table and was always on hand to make sure the food as readily available to our guests. The food was so amazing! When I have a large party in the future, I look forward to calling Glenn again.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    My wife let me know that it was my calling to cook, not wearing a suit and tie.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    BBQ, Mexican, Italian , and Hawaiian. We do mostly buffet service.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    That I love to provide the perfect meal for the event and will create dishes off menu for this.

  • Loading
