Charlene and Monica accommodated very short notice arrived early prepared to work. We had a move out cleaning with a plumbing issue, a handyman came out to repair the problem he took a valve our that had water pouring out Charlene took the time to video this situation and send it to me. On top of the house not being 100% empty the ladies managed to work around everything gather the last bit of belongings and find hidden treasures. The clean out was superb we could not have asked for better. They asked questions kept us informed did exactly what they said would be done and then some. I like the work and the team made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend them and will be using them myself on a regular basis.

DeeCee I can't thank you enough for helping me with my Eevee everything you thought me and showed me has been working like a charm. For anyone looking for an amazing trainer for your furry loved one DeeCee is by far one of the best I wish I had hired her from the beginning would have saved me time and money. She was so helpful with our puppy who was chewing our furniture and ruling our house. DeeCee helped me put a stop to that with just one visit and also helped me other issues we had. Both Eevee and I loved her so much we will definitely calling her again and again! Thank you so much!

They did a great job. There was confusion in the beginning because the quote said "one bedroom and one bathroom". As soon as I got the quote about a week before the appointment I confirmed with them that they understand it's a move out cleaning for a 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom home as well as full kitchen cleaning. they responded that they understood. When they arrived today (a week later) at the appointment, they were surprised that it was a 4 bedroom / 3.5 bedroom home and a move out cleaning. I showed them the email/message correspondence that I was very clear, even still they informed me that the price would be double to cover the full house. I was in a tight spot because I needed to be out today. My option was to just clean it myself as I usually do (but had other things going on that prevented that), or hire someone else on the spot. I agreed to the additional cost. To be fair, even the double amount was still a great price for the work. The worked from about 11:45 until about 5:45. The house was spotless. They got the windows, blinds, ceiling fans, oven, microwave, fridge as well as bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, etc. They did a fantastic job and it smelled great in the house. We actually ended up giving them about $40-50 extra on top. They are worth the money, just make sure what you want is clear ahead of time or have them come out and look first to give a quote. Great job. I'd use their services again.

I hired Affordable Maids about two years ago. I lived in a modest house at the time and their service was great. They are very professional and they pay great attention to detail. Last year I moved into a much larger house and their service hasn't missed a beat. They clean my home weekly and I am very satisfied with their work. They even do our laundry, which can be a handful, with our children. Great work at a great price, I highly recommend their service. They always leave my home impressively clean.

I was in a panic i had relatives arriving in a matter of days. And my house was a disaster. My neighbor referred me to Lisa. She was so amazing and she knew exactly what needed to be done. I could have never got it together without her. I'd recommend her to anyone. She saved my life!

We have a 2.5 year old chocolate lab mix who we thought was simply aggressive towards people and dogs. His name is Rodo and his original owner brought him into our apartment with a total of 5 guy roommates. He was raised inconsistently and was not socialized with dogs or new people while he grew up. At about 1 years old, Rodo and his original owner had to move back into his parents house. They had a 6 year old shitzu, Rolex, who is the sweetest thing. Rodo dominated the house hold and Rolex became depressed. The parents decided they couldn't deal with Rodo in the house anymore because Rolex was depressed and not eating. His original owner was deciding to give Rodo away and mentioned it to my roommates and I. I decided to keep him. So I brought him home where I lived with my family and he was fine and just like any other dog. Months later, unfortunately my mom got cancer and we had to either give him away or ask his original owner to take care of him until my mom got better. Yes, he took him back to his families house. After awhile, we had to take Rodo back while my mom was going through chemo. Rodo changed dramatically. He was aggressive, bit my girlfriend, my dad, and was not friendly at all towards my family or new people. However he still listened to me and never bit me. Around 2 years old, I had to move to long beach and my family needed to take care of him. Later, I took him up to long beach and needed to get him help. It was either he changes now or we have no choice but to give him away because of his aggressive behavior. He's a perfect dog when he's around people he knows and remembers, but he is crazy aggressive when he sees another dog or when new people come into our house. We pray for him and want him to accept other dogs and people so that he can play, be outside, socialize and be fully happy. He's a lovable, loyal, crazy energetic dog... But also very protective of his house and the people he knows. We saw Cassidy on thumbtack and had great reviews all 5 stars at an affordable price! Rodo did not like her when she first visited him. He snapped at her and when she took him, Cassidy mentioned he was growling at her and would not let her pull him out of the car. Keep in mind he had a muzzle on just in case, and he would have bit her if not. She took him in for 5 days in kennel and trained him. She was able to distinguish his exact issues. He is fear aggressive and human aggressive. His main issue is his staring problem. When he sees a dog, he stares at it in full focus and if the dog stares back or even glances at Rodo, his instinct is to attack growl and bark. With people, if anyone new acknowledges him and says hi, he backs up and tries to hide or he will growl and then prep to attack. After 5 days Cassidy was able to build his confidence, be best friends with him, and mainly focused on breaking his stare by refocusing his attention to treats or other things. When we got him back after 5 days, we definitely noticed a change. He was more happier and confident, and Cassidy even taught us a few training tools to keep Rodo moving forward to becoming a better dog. We did not want to stop moving forward and we wanted to have Cassidy help train and socialize him. She's currently taking him and training him daily. She has a dog and 2 cats, which helps us by allowing Rodo to socialize every second he's with cassidy. She is truly passionate and really loves helping dogs grow to become the best they can be. However, if you are serious you have to be committed to follow her training tools and use them to stay consistent otherwise your dog will regress. The only negative feedback and critism we have is that the communication is a little challenging. We expected follow ups and photos consistently during the five days she had him. We'd text her and not receive texts for hours. Sometimes she'll text us late night with a long text and sometimes no text at all but follows up the next day. This made us concerned because we felt like worried parents. Also, at times she wasn't very punctual. For example on the last day, she was delayed on dropping him back off. We were worried and upset because she was barely updating us on why she was running late. However when she finally came, she explained to us that she was late only because she was looking for his muzzle and she was doing a training activity with Rodo. Overall we were highly impressed that she gained rodos full trust that quick and he also listened to her demands. Cassidy is now able to walk her dog and Rodo together! He is a very intelligent dog but doesn't know how to control his energy or his anxiety. She is a blessing and were continuing to work with her so that she can help Rodo share his love with others without feeling fearful. The world is a better place with open minded, playful, obedient dogs and we hope to have this with Rodo. Thank you Cassidy! Your true passion shows and our dog expresses your hard work and is helping him to become a happier dog! It's great to know there are good people out there and people that are true dog lovers. Definitely recommended!

I was very excited to hear Superstar Pet Sitting and Dog Walking had expanded to my area in the Valley. My sister lives in the South Bay and has raved about using them to walk her dogs daily and when they travel they use there house sitting services. I hired them to walk my dogs twice a day and couldn't be happier. My pets are everything to me and I feel very secure knowing when I am at work or traveling my 2 dogs and cat are well taken care of. Highly recommended.

Nothing but positive things to say. Contacted Cynthia and Darren less than a week prior to my week-long vacation seeing if they could sit our cat and bunny. They said it was no problem, came to our house to meet our pets the night I called. While we were gone, they left texts on arrival and departure each night, sent pics and videos. We felt great knowing our pets were in such good hands while we were gone. Cynthia and Darren's genuine love for animals shines through in their attitude and enthusiasm for the job. Highly recommend!

Pawsability was above and beyond anything I could have imagined! I have a new rescue dog and I wanted to make sure she stayed in our home when we went away. We also wanted to start her off on some basic training so we hired Pawsability to come and take care of Sky. We had a meet and greet at my house and Theresa spent a good hour explaining her services and even giving us tips to help us w our new rescue. During the stay they took sky on the daily trips they do as part of the community daycare program and Sky got to be socialized and have "on the job" training with other dogs and new people. We were sent texts, videos and photos frequently with wonderful updates about sky's progress. My house was left beautifully and Theresa even washed the sheets and towels she used. She left a report and set up our final training session that was included in our board and train fee. Oh and the fee was extremely reasonable. When we returned home Our dog was happy, healthy and had learned the beginnings of obedience training. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend this service. We will definitely enroll Sky in their daycare as well.

Miki is dependable, loving and a wealth of knowledge. I have a dog w/ cancer and is diabetic, she's recommend and picked up a bag of nutrients to give to Molly girl while she's going through chemo. She goes above and beyond. Your pet will be in loving, great hands! Not only does my dog look forward to her daily walks w/ Miki, but she's tuckered out at the end of the day and sleeps better when on her days w/ Miki. Highly recommended!!

AAAAAAAAA+++++++++++ Teri has been absolutely fantastic working with my 2 large dogs and my old cat. The animals are all excited to see her when they see her coming. She always texts me to let me know when she arrives and again when she is leaving. Frequently I get text photos of their day. Having Teri with my furballs allows me to concentrate at work. Wouldn't want anyone else at my house.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to recommend Jo-Jeanne Rapier, whom I have known and employed for the past nine years. Jo-Jeanne provided day care, walks, medication administering, boarding, and transportation for my Border Collie, Cilla as well as house sitting, as I was often working out of town. Sometimes those jobs came on short notice and I came to rely heavily on her services and with her dependability, punctuality and trustworthiness, I was never disappointed. I always returned to a happy, healthy, and well groomed dog, my house in pristine condition, and with Jo-Jeanne’s green thumb, my garden always looked better than how I left it. In the final months of Cilla’s life, Jo-Jeanne’s compassionate care was invaluable. She doted on Cilla, as if she was her own, and made that difficult time in Cilla’s life, and mine, an easier transition. With Jo-Jeanne’s past involvement of running her own dog rescue, Abandoned Terrier Rescue Association, she is also a staunch advocate of animal rights. And I have witnessed first hand her skills and abilities in working with many kinds of animals and I would give her my highest recommendation with the care of any of your pets. If I can provide any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me at: (818)-434-1123 Sincerely, Eric Sandlin

We were so worried about leaving our very sensitive dog and independent cat when we needed to be out of town for a week. It was truly a blessing to find Linda (Roo's Pet Sitting Service). She put our dog Bella at ease immediately, and even came to see us again a day beforehand to make our girl more comfortable with her presence before we left. She was able to charm our cat with no problem as well. Linda stayed overnight with our babies, provided their meals and ensured Bella had good long walks. Throughout our trip she texted us daily to let us know how our babies were doing. On top of that she took care of plants and mail at no extra charge. I would recommend Linda to anyone who wants good, loving and affordable care for their pets.

Barbara was fantastic. Conscientious, capable and kind. She took care of a nineteen year-old cat that needed 4 types of medication and sub-cutaneous fluids twice a day. And our beloved cat actually gained weight!!! Plus walking and pampering two dogs. She sent us pictures and texts, staying in communication, and watered our plants and left the house in great shape. She's a responsible person who is home most of the time. Can't recommend her enough.
