- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on size and sometimes distance of property. Additional services like pool or sewer lateral inspections are at additional costs but are less when bundled with a general inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A one on one call is typically how I reassure my clients they have the right person for the job, whether if it is a question of certification, professionalism, fees or services provided, I can always give the right information over a quick phone call but email or text are also always open.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Background in construction, metal framing/drywall. InterNACHI Certified, AHIT Graduate with almost a decade of experience in the home inspection industry and ASHI Associated.
