Hi, I’m Deisi “Daisy” Vazquez. I’ve been an Interior Designer for more than 20 years, and I still genuinely love walking into a space that isn’t working and imagining what it could be. My design philosophy is something I call Suburban Swank: comfortable elegance with personality. I believe a home can be sophisticated without being stuffy, beautiful without being untouchable, and colorful without feeling chaotic. Great design isn’t about filling a room with expensive things. It’s knowing where to spend, where you don’t need to, what’s worth keeping, and how to pull it all together so it feels personal and meant to be lived in. I don’t want to give you my version of your home. I want to help you discover your version of beautiful. That starts with listening to how you live, what you love, what you already own, what isn’t working, and what you’re comfortable spending. And if you’re thinking, “I honestly have no idea what I want, I just know this isn’t it,” that’s perfectly fine. That’s actually one of my favorite places to start. Since 2018, I’ve also worked as an Art Director and Designer for home-renovation television on HGTV, DIY Network, Magnolia Network and Discovery, including Restored with Brett Waterman. Whether I’m designing for television or for a family who just wants their kitchen to finally work, my approach is the same: solve the problem, make it beautiful, and make it feel like you. I specialize in Kitchen & Bath Design, Vacation Rental Design & Staging, and Virtual E-Design, using space planning, 3D renderings and customized color stories when helpful so you can visualize the possibilities before making expensive decisions. As a longtime vacation-property owner and manager myself, I understand that a successful rental needs to photograph beautifully, function for real guests, hold up to repeated use, stand out online, and make financial sense. My initial in-person consultation is $375, and we accomplish a lot during that time: walking your space, discussing priorities and budget, exploring possibilities, and creating a clear direction for your project. Additional design services are $125/hour, allowing us to tailor my involvement to your project. And yes, my clients share my available trade discounts.
