We moved from California to Idaho using Manchester Van Lines. When the movers arrived in the morning they saw all our things inside and outside, and even walked around and did an inventory. Later in the day when they went to load our tools lying in the driveway, they said the items were not there in the morning, and accused us of adding them. This was after they had walked right by the tools in the driveway several times when they arrived in the morning. When they delivered our belongings to Idaho, there were several expensive items missing, like a microwave, a leg to our table, which virtually leaves the table unusable, and an expensive ladder, which was replaced with a cheap ladder. Our weed-eater was destroyed and a lot of broken dishes. The corner of our new sofa table was damaged as well, but one of the delivery guys was decent enough to record that, and said he would turn in a claim. I am still unpacking and when I am done, I will place a claim with the company for all items, but by how the movers have treated us already, I doubt I will get satisfaction. I am furious enough to get a lawyer at that point. Do not use this company. The Salesman lied to us as well, telling us we would get immediate delivery, which did not happen. We called everyday for three days until we actually got a delivery date.

We are very good a resolving issues and our A rating proves that. Instead you chose to go ahead and make multiple complaints on every possible web site you could find.
