Stephanie Reed is an incredible instructor. Not only is she a true professional properly and wonderfully trained in vocal instruction and vocal protection, she is a kind and gentle person who has the ability to stretch and mold your voice all without ever damaging your vocal chords. She truly cares and is the greatest vocal instructor I have ever had in my entire life. If you plan to be a singer, of any kind, or you just want to improve your voice, you must study with Ms. Stephanie. It will be a decision you will not regret.

Stephanie really worked a lot with my voice and brought me to a point I could have never done without her! She also did amazing things with building up quality and range, and personally helped me get into a performing arts school.

Stephanie has been the vocal coach I've been waiting for. Since "quitting" music 10 years ago, my voice has been on hold as I didn't feel the need to waste my time with a teacher that wouldn't challenge me. Not only is she versed in theory, she also understands how to communicate proper vocal stance. When a note or vowel wasn't quite there, she explains how to correct it. I've had two months' worth of lessons and am happy to continue.
A bit of background on moi: I studied classical piano from 10-20 years old, Celtic harp from 15-18, and classical voice from 15-19. My first two years of college I was deeply involved in the music program at CSU; through which I participated in 7 full production operas, 2 concert operas, the Chamber Choir, 3 state and national competitions and sang in 6 languages. I love Italian, music theory, and many classical composers. Stephanie and I connect on the nerd level of talking chords and composer styles. And what I love most about lessons with Stephanie is I get to sing what I want! College was not fun because of the rules. Here I am an important part of the rules with Stephanie suggesting what to sing.
I recommend Reed Voice Studio for the singer that wants to sing well. Her experience with beginner to advanced singers makes her valuable to any student that wants to learn. Be ready to work and willing to sing out!
