- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Stationery pricing can seem complicated but it all depends on what paper you select, how many layers you have and the size of your stationery. All our designs are custom. We recommend our clients come to our office to make selections and discuss design. We give a price quote based on the selections.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You want to be comfortable with your vendors. They need to get you and what you want. If your not comfortable you will never let go and trust they will do the job right.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It's not the most glamorous job. We work strange hours and about 14 hours for the day of the event.
