The final cost depends on key factors, including the size and foundation of your home (basement, slab, crawlspace), the average radon levels and the complexity of the installation required to achieve the lowest possible radon levels. * Included in the Price: The quoted price always includes initial assessment and consultation, all necessary materials, professional labor, a 5-year manufacture warranty on the fan, and a post-mitigation radon test kit to confirm successful reduction. * Discounts: We proudly offer a active military, veteran, first responder and teacher and senior discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process consists of a few clear, structured steps designed for transparency and customer peace of mind: Initial Inquiry & Free Consultation: Customers reach out to schedule a diagnostic radon test or request a free, no-obligation mitigation estimate. Testing & Assessment: If radon testing has not been performed previously, utilizing advanced continuous radon detectors, the team accurately tracks and analyzes the radon levels over a specified period. Custom System Design: If high levels are found, a personalized mitigation system is designed. This layout accounts for unique variables like the building's size, layout, foundation style, and specific radon entry points. Professional Installation: Expert technicians complete the installation, seamlessly integrating the mitigation system (or other indoor air quality equipment like SaniDry dehumidifiers or Breathe EZ air cleaners). Post-Mitigation Testing: Follow-up verification testing is performed to ensure radon levels have successfully dropped to safe standards (well below the EPA standard of 4.0 pCi/L).
