FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To an extent. For tax returns and payroll, I have a base price which may increase based on the complexity of the work. For bookkeeping I have an hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with them, review their documentation, come to an agreement on a deadline to complete the work and my fee. Then I get to work and have continuous communication and follow-up until the job is done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Business Administration from Regis University. I am an Enrolled Agent and a Certified Payroll Professional. I have 30+ years experience in business.
