Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I have over 10 years of experience in construction and home renovating. For the past 3 years I have been operating my own independent contracting business, specializing in interior/exterior home renovations. I pride myself on being honest, on time and efficient. I will always be up front with my clients about the work that needs to be done and if something may be out of my skill range. I care more about the quality of my work than trying to maximize profits, so I am more than happy to work with my clients with any projects they may have.

Liam designed and installed a custom fish tank stand between my office and living room in my home. I had no idea if this was even going to be possible but Liam came in and made it happen!! He even moved an outlet and re-mounted my tv and sound bar to fit over the fish tank.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I first started working with a painter who specialized working on historic buildings in southeastern Pennsylvania. From there I had continued working construction when I was not in school and after graduating college, I worked briefly as a machinist. Three years ago I decided to start my own home renovation business and have been happily doing that work in the Greater Denver Metropolitan Area ever since.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with many homeowners as well as landlords, Airbnb hosts, as well as the owners of numerous Goddard preschools.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say to find someone who will be honest with you about the volume and specific work that would need to be done. There are usually two ways of doing projects that will allow some flexibility on the final cost of the project.
