- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, but I try to give specials to people to get started. The most difficult step is starting, but after people begin lessons they think ---why didn't I do this sooner. So anything I can do to help initially I will do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Work as a team and listen to the student. Also clear communication is a key for one to improve and learn. I am aware how one learns---audio, visual, and/ or feel
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 35 years of teaching in different areas with 20 concentrated in golf. A member of the LPGA teaching and club division. To acquire this certification years of many hours of classes and judging of my teaching were encountered. I have to renew my qualifications every two years, which keeps me current in the golf industry. Also a BA and 2 masters helps me with my communication skills. Continuously, I work with colleagues to advance the game of golf.
