I hired Anna to hang a bunch of pictures/mirrors. She showed up on time, and we did a walk through of where I wanted everything hung. I gave her some creative license and she took it and smashed it out of the park. It was so nice to have someone I could trust in my house.

Great experience from start to finish. She was super responsive, flexible, and arrived right on time. Even though the project ended up being a bit more involved than expected, she honored the original price, which I was really greatful for as I didn’t have a lot of flexibility, which they didn’t know at the time. The bookshelf came out great, and everything was done efficiently and professionally. She was also friendly and helpful, and I even picked up a few great dog training tips along the way that have already made a difference. Very grateful I found her and would definitely recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Except tile, I charge by square foot for that, I bill hourly. I am also aware that money is tight for almost everyone, so I will negotiate as well as in some cases add a , "not to exceed" clause.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person so that I can get a better feel for what they want and need and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the IICRC for water restoration and microbial remediation technology.
