I offer flat-fee pricing for my services (except for rental items). After the initial consultation, my written report will include a bid for hands-on staging services. This bid is a flat fee price to complete your project regardless of the amount of time it takes me to complete your project. I don't charge hourly reducing the risk of exceeding your budget.
I also offer four levels of staging services, which are reviewed during the consultation, by combining these levels of services you can be sure your home will show its best and fall within your budget.
