Introduction: Jen is a caring and compassionate energy work practitioner with a deep-seated passion for holistic health practices. Jen's journey into energy work began with an introduction to the Buddhist style meditation, which opened her to new truths about the energy of the universe.
As a result of this new-found love, Jen discovered a school where she could learn to heal herself and others through energy work. Jen continues to grow as a practitioner by taking energy work courses from Mayastar Academy and other institutions.
As of now, Jen has earned her certification as an Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki master, Kundalini Reiki Master, Sacred Earth Reiki master, and a spiritual animal healer. In addition, she is certified in Inner Light Reiki, Butterfly Reiki, Animal Path Healing, and nine different Celestial Encoding (Ethereal Crystals).
Each Reiki session she offers will be custom tailored to the clients' needs utilizing the modalities she has completed training in.

Jen has been teaching me by distance reiki. I have finished my level one and she has been great. Very informative and always willing to help. She has been great answering my questions and helping me with getting through reiki. Thanks Jen!
