- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates: $35-40 an hr per person with a dispatch fee of $100. We will also provide all padding necessary in the protection of your belongings and facilities, as well as all equipment and tools needed for any disassembly, re-assembly or relocation. The time is billed in 30-min. increments and will begin once the crew arrives at your location. Time will stop when everything is off the truck and in its place. There is a 2 hr. minimum. Payment will not be due until the completion of your move. We accept cash, debit and credit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start off by introducing the crew one by one so that our customers know who they are working with and answer any questions they still might have. we then begin by protecting the residence by laying down protective floor runners or the "red carpet" as we like to call it. We will put up door jam pads on major thresholds that we will frequently be passing through and place any pads on the stair railings in any. We like to assure our customers new and old facilities remain the same as they looked before we arrive.

I have over 15 yrs. in the professional moving industry and have trained every employee, personally.
