I started with Alloy 7 months ago, and this has been one the best decisions I have made for my health goals. I have really surprised myself with my progress and desire to stick with it. I owe that to the fact that Alloy is not like a traditional gym setting. They offer small group, personalized training. The atmosphere is always fun and positive. The trainers are very encouraging, knowledgeable and always ensure everyone is using proper form and give modifications as needed. It has been great getting to know other members, who are also encouraging and supportive of each other. This is an all around great place, and I look forward to my sessions each week! Thank you Alloy trainers for the great work you do!

I love this place for many reasons! The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, patient, respectful and have adapted my training in line with my limitations and abilities. I also like the small class size and friendly atmosphere. In just a couple months my flexibility, strength, and endurance have improved along with lower back and knee pain. I have a long way to go but I know this little gym has been a lifesaver for me!

I have been working with Alloy since January of this year. The trainers are knowledgeable and make the workouts diverse and fun. Have gained strength, balance, flexibility and muscle mass. I highly recommend Alloy for your personal training needs.

I started working out at the gym about 5 months ago, before I started I couldn't do squats, I had trouble getting up out of couches and chairs also I avoided getting on the floor or ground at all costs becouse I could not pick myself up at all.Now I have the strength to do all those things and more. I never enjoyed going to the gym before I found alloy, now I do. The trainers make working out fun and adjust to your personal needs.

I highly recommend Alloy! Blake, Jake, and Keaton are top notch instructors who all create a welcoming, positive vibe for strength and resistance training. I was terrified, but always wanted to learn how to lift weights and become stronger, but was never really sure where to start. I'm so glad I decided to give Alloy a try...I never thought I would look forward to working out like I do now!
