Plumbing Pipe Repair

I had a frozen pipe that had burst. I assumed it would be difficult getting someone over quickly to repair it as I know there were a lot of plumbing issues around the Denver area because of the cold weather. I was so wrong. They responded almost immediately and were at my house in less than half an hour. I have no negatives at all. They were professional, quick and provided amazing service at a very fair price. If I ever need a plumber again, they will be my first call. Thank you so so much.

Plumbing Pipe Repair

Kris got back to me right away after inquiring to get a quote for plumbing we needed to get fixed after remodeling. However, I needed to reschedule for a family emergency. Kris was understanding and very responsive. That night our main shutoff valve started leaking, delaying our plans to leave town. Contacted Kris and he got someone out within a few hours. Laith was great. Did not try to upsell us or get us to do anything other than fix our main shutoff. He gave us a quote for the rest of the pluming for our remodel. The value was great, the quality was amazing, and Laith was in and out quickly so we could still leave town, with only a few hour delay. Thank you guys for everything.

Plumbing Pipe Repair

Called several plumbers for a leaking bathtub faucet valve, including the big outfits and they were all weeks out with scheduling. Put the project on Thumbtack and received a response within minutes of posting. The service tech, Laith showed up and was transparent and upfront regarding the work/costs. Laith did an amazing job installing the new valve and triple checked his work to ensure there were no leaks. Will definitely use these guys going forward for all my plumbing needs. Kris was so nice and responsive throughout the entire process! Had an urgent issue and he contacted me right away. He arrived on time, offered to see if tightening a fitting where my leak was occurring, would fix the problem. Turns out a pipe removal and replacement was needed, and Kris was effective and kept me apprised of everything he was doing. I would hire SME again without question!
