Colorado Roof assist was great to work with. We contacted CRA as we were in need of a new roof and gutters. Scott explained the process and the job was completed within the time frame he said with good quality materials and our roof and gutters look great. I would definitely recommend CRA.

Scott and his crew very thorough, meticulous , professional and were able to fix my leaking roof. It had become a nightmare as we had 3 previous contractors out but none of them fixed it properly. I would definitely recommend Colorado roof assist , they are fantastic!

We live in Willow Creek and recently had an excellent experience with a local contractor. We had our roofreplaced and other exterior trim problems fixed by Colorado Roof Assist. We could not be happier with the result. From the early estimates and permitting through delivery of materials and installation, Scott personally managed our project including all interaction with our insurance company. He kept us well informed throughout the project. We would highly recommend Scott Phillips and Colorado Roof Assist for any exterior projects.

Scott took the time to explain every step of the process to me. Explaining how the insurance company payments work. He was very patient and made sure I was always comfortable with the price and payment process. I can't say enough good things about Scott and his team. Very professional and the level of work was excellent. Scott followed up several times to make sure I was happy with the work. The painters were great! I had some extra interior painting beyond what insurance covered, and they were professional, very experienced and quick.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing will include everything to complete the work except for the cost of the permit. Permit fees vary in each town, city, or county.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to set up a time to meet the customer and conduct a site visit on the work to be done. Once I have an understanding of the scope, timing, and budget for the job, I will get to work on putting together an estimate. Once approved by the customer, we start the process of pulling permits, ordering materials, and scheduling work, all the while keeping the customer updated along the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business Management degree from Abilene Christian University.
