- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Heroes Team is made up of trained, licensed and insured professionals who are truly passionate and care about the work, taking the time to do it right, rather than just getting a job done. We make their pricing as competitive as possible, and offer discounts when we are able to do so.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers is a great benefit for Heroes because it allows us to share our skills and knowledge with new individuals. Once we gain a new customer, they have their own portal where they can check balances and upcoming services they have booked. Heroes is here for the consumers and guarantees to fix any unresolved issues promptly and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Michael Nichols, Owner and GM of Heroes Lawn Care of SE Denver, graduated from Colorado State University and is an ISA Certified Arborist & a Licensed Pesticide Applicator. He has worked in tree care and turf management 10+ years. We are also registered landscape and tree service company in the City & County of Denver, Aurora, Lakewood & Westminster.
