- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price everything accordingly so it is fair on both ends ,ours and the customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to get as much info from you as we can in the beginning, we will take measurements of the property when landscaping or installing sprinklers and take notes of how you would like the set up for your project to make sure your vision comes to life. As for sprinkler repairs, we try to handle most repairs the day we are contacted about the issue. If that doesn't work for the customer, that is totally okay! We always get something figured out 😊
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
13 years of experience in landscaping and sprinkler system installation
