I needed help with a door. This man replied right away. He talks a good game to people who don't know anything. I spoke with him face to face and he saw that I knew a bit about what the job required. He claimed to have the best of the best in everything and couldn't give me prices. I gave him my email to send me quotes and haven't heard from him in over a week. Let me just say that he is not a professional, he is a crook. Buyers be ware. He just wants your hard earned money.Dec 22, 2015VerifiedChuck H.'s reply
In an effort to address this unsatisfactory review, I can say that I own the error of not communicating more effectively with this client. I had an emergency with my daughter and should have texted the client to explain matters. I promise that this has been addressed and will not be an issue in the future. response to this review.
