Min and his team were awesome from the quoting process to the move itself. The quote estimate right on point. These people were terrific to work with. From Stefani arranging the details of the move on the phone to the four men who moved my belongings, the whole experience was professional and pleasant. I was given a reasonable estimate and the movers actually completed the move in less time. They were very careful of the items being moved as well as the houses I moved from and to. They easily handled the moving of my small grand piano. I relied on the reviews on their site in making my decision and the reviewers did not exaggerate. I would recommend Dirty Deeds to anyone who would like to experience a tension free relocation!
Stephen quoted the job at 8 hours with 2 trucks and 4 guys....they did it in 7.5 hours! Had a couple minor mishaps but Justin stood behind his word and took care of things at the end of the job. The guys worked hard and did a good job! Especially for moving a house lived in for 16 years!!! (Other companies quoted way less time and 1 truck --way off!) Glad I used these guys. Juan and his team were not only on time but even a few minutes early for our big moving day. We had a LOT of furniture and boxes to move, and Juan and his team worked tirelessly the whole day--making what should have been a stressful day much less overwhelming and more enjoyable. His team was friendly and professional--they took great care of our belongings and our new home, while at the same time working quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Juan and his team at Pro Movers LLC. I hope I don't have to move again for a really long time, but if I do, we'll definitely hire them again.
Great work! I booked them last night and they were even early for my job today! (They called ahead to check and see if being early would be ok). They wrapped the desk with blankets, and moved it home for me, just as needed. Thanks for speedy, safe work! I sure appreciate it and will call you next time i go Craigslist shopping!
Couldn't say enough good things about Simpson Home Services. My situation was that I had a water heater go out at a rental property. The pilot light wouldn't stay lit and after one of the bigger named company charged me $300 for parts in their attempt to fix, that company on their 3rd visit decided I needed to replace the water heater, where they conveniently had one in their truck outside ready to go, for the sweet price of $2400. After shopping the actual units at Home Depot / Lowes, I quickly saw that $2400 for a new Water Heater is legitimate robbery. Enter Charlie from Simpson Home Services. His price was fair (got about 6 Bids from Thumbtack) and he was very responsive. Here is where it gets better. Some might think Im crazy, or to trust worthy, but, with my current day job I was unable to get to Home Depot to purchase the water heater. Therefore my only option was to have Charlie from Simpson Home Services go to Home Depot, pull the unit and have Home Depot ring me and use my Home Depot Card and Social Number as a form of payment. At that point, it could have been real daylight Robbery. I had (and still haven't), ever met Charlie in person. My only communication had (still has!) been over phone, but he had great reviews on thumbtack already so I knew we would be ok. Once he completed the job, I paid him over the phone using my debit card. Sure enough, writing this today some weeks after Charlie did his work. My New Water heater is working perfectly and I couldn't say enough good things about Charlie from Simpson Home Services. His work is legit, he gets 10 Stars for Trustworthiness and honesty and I would definitely without a doubt hire him again. ***For anyone installing a water heater and questioning the whole permit situation. I did a lot of research and there seems to be mixed ideas about wether you have to pull a permit or don't have to. I have even been out looking at purchasing a new house here in Denver over the last few weeks and I asked my realtor about permits on replacement water heaters and even she had mixed ideas. So then I went to that iPhone / Android Neighborhood App that everyone is on and planted my question there, also mixed reviews about pulling permits. I think the general concensios is do it if you really want to. If your reselling your house, the buyer might ask to see a permit, but in todays market (sellers market still in 2018), it might not be questioned at that stage. Point being, my research showed 50/50 on who would and who wouldn't. Either way you go, you can still use Charlie and Simpson Home Services as I did. He completes the work, you then apply for the permit, they come inspect it and then your done. I wanted to share this as this is the route I took. I also trust Charlie and Simpson Home Services enough that if the inspector had found a problem, that Charlie would have made a Trip back to fix it for free*** Thanks again Charlie (still haven't met you!) And thank you Thumbtack for yet another sweet hookup to a quality Tradesman.
Mark and his crew assisted us in moving 9 office suites and they were superb! They worked fast and were kind and understanding and communicated great with our team!
We needed help moving our home office furniture plus some exercise equipment. The gentlemen that showed up were friendly, polite, and very accommodating. They took their time being careful while being mindful of the time allotted. They had to work around some tight places and taking apart a chair so I'm guessing they picked up some tips for future moves. I'd use this company again in a heartbeat! Very pleased.
AJ and his partner are very efficient and professional. I was completely amazed at how quickly they were able to load my 2 bedroom apartment! I just needed help loading my things into a moving truck and these guys knew exactly what they are doing! All I had to do was sit back, relax and let them work. Absolutely the best moving service we have ever had! Edward and his team were on time, worked hard and very professionally. They did a great job packing and loading all our items into our Uhaul. Our 3 story house is pretty big and they worked very fast and efficiently. Would highly recommend!
We bought a new home and needed to move our belongs out of two 15x20 storage units. We sent out a request for movers and EZ Moving came as the most affordable and offering the most bang for the buck. The owner Mario, showed up "ahead of the planned time" along with his crew (Jesus and Gerardo). They evaluated both units and decided they could do this in one move. Mario's team went right to work being extraordinarily efficient and careful while handling our belongs. The loading went faster than I had hoped (these guys didn't even stop for breaks). They took about 3.5 hours to load and that was impressive. The unload went just as flawlessly as well. I spent 20 years in the military and moved many times. This was by far the most painless move I have ever been involved with and I was very pleased as was my wife. I would say the company name says it all "EZ Moving" although Super Mario Moving might be even better. These guys are professional, enthusiastic, and passionate about moving. I HIGHLY recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again

I have been working for a marketing company for past 4 years. I have been promoted many times and with each promotion my boss transferred me to a new location. The only headache was packing and moving all my stuff every time I got a transfer. So whenever I had to move to a new place it was very difficult for me. A friend told me about Pick Up Movers and told me how easy they can make my packing and moving work. I called them and spoke to their customer associate. Within few hours they sent some people to my house to start the work. They packed each and every thing with so much care. They were very professional in handling all the items including all fragile things. Without much delay they completed the whole work in 3 hours and left for the new location. The truck was to reach our new house in Delaware after 10 days which is exactly when it arrived and I was surprised to see my belongings intact with zero damage. I am so happy that we managed to pull everything just in the nick of time and I really rejoice having relocated using their services. I’d recommend everyone to try them out.
I agree with other reviewers that there is a bit of a disconnect in the office and my estimate was significantly off from my final price. There is also a bit of excessive overwrapping but I can understand why for a long distance move. Rose and Jennifer worked to ensure my final price was closer to the estimate and within my budget. William in logistics ensured the truck arrived within the timeframe I needed for a very specific and tight move due to a work start date. I would say what makes Great Nation great are the moving crews. Eric ran my pick up and did an excellent job securing my items and documenting everything that was loaded into the truck. Fred and Carlos went out of their way to ensure my delivery came on a specific day that was out of their time range. They were pleasant and worked extremely hard even though it was probably an inconvenience for them. Fred was on the crew for my pick up and was familiar with my items and my moving situation and just an absolute pleasure to work with. Even though there were a few hiccups I still 100 percent recommend Great Nation if you are looking for a fast and efficient move with great movers who care. A lot of long distance companies want you to wait weeks for your items. For a NJ to FL move I had my move completed in 4 days. I would definitely use Great Nation again in the future and would say any issue I experienced would happen with any other company. I called after another moving company bailed on me 2 days before my move. Great Nation was able to jump in and coordinate my move, deal with my high stress level, and make sure all issues were handled to my satisfaction. A+++
