- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a member of the International Window Film Association which is highly involved in governmental regulations, environmental policies and tax credits for window film installations. They also assist in getting energy company rebates and incentives. 3M also provides continuing education to their window film dealers to keep them abreast of the latest technologies and installation techniques.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We specialize in residential and commercial window tinting. We are happy to do a job of any size--anything from one window to a high-rise commercial building. We assist homeowners or business owners to make their space more comfortable by eliminating heat, glare or fading. Our films will provide safety and security, privacy or are decorative.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Many companies will speak negatively about their competition in order to make themselves look better. That is not our approach. We like to focus on the positive aspects of our company and the superior quality of our products with the assumption that this will differentiate us from our competition and make it easy for the potential customer to choose our company.
