Introduction
I offer yoga and meditation instruction and retreats. I have been studying hatha yoga, yogic philosophy, and practices for 30 years.
Every style of yoga has a central heart that draws us together, and my teaching illuminates this central heart. I am certified in the following methods:
- Anusara-inspired yoga
- Seven spiritual laws of yoga
- Primordial sound meditation
My classes are based on universal themes and include skilled guidance for integrating body, mind, soul, and spirit. Each class is filled with individuals of all physical abilities. These people are creative, educated, artistic, and evolved -- each an innovative leader in their lives.
I am particularly skilled at the therapeutic aspects of yoga and introducing new students to a practice and instructing teachers on how to prepare and teach an awesome class.
The week-long retreats I create prove transformational for those who attend.
