My name is Matt Lawley and I offer private Yoga in Boulder and surrounding areas for 1 on 1 students, small groups and larger events/corporate groups. Whether you are a beginner or experienced Yoga student I can customize classes and sequences to meet your goals, your body and where you are at in your practice.
My classes focus on alignment and release in order to activate energy centers, release stuck emotions and bring awareness back to our hearts. I incorporate guitar, singing bowls and mantras into my classes as well as themes around connection to the Earth, elements and the nature within us. The main styles of Yoga that I teach are alignment-based hatha and yin Yoga.

When we align our bodies it becomes easier to tap into our body’s intelligence, our authenticity and allow our heart to guide us through life. Alignment-based Yoga helps us tune our vessels by lining up our energetic centers so we can receive and transmit the wisdom of the body, nature and life.

In our fast-paced yang focused society we can balance our energy by slowing down and practicing yin Yoga. Yin focuses on holding poses for longer periods of time to find stillness, release tension and restore balance in the physical body as well as on the mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
Yin Yoga can help you:
Drop into deep states of rest and relaxation
Loosen and open connective tissues around the muscles to relieve pain and stiffness
Clear energetic meridian channels to detox organs and release mental/emotional patterns

1 Class = $100/hr + $20 per additional person
5 Class Pack - Save 10% - $450 + $18 per additional person per class
10 Class Pack - Save 15% - $850 + $17 per additional person per class
Prices are based on hour sessions however 75-90 minute sessions will allow more time to drop in and go deeper in each session. I will travel 10 miles from Downtown Boulder or Nederland to the session, if the distance is farther then a fee for travel will be included. I will be offering some private sessions at a subsidized rate, please reach out if the current pricing is inaccessible to your current financial circumstances.
Large Group/Event and Corporate Yoga Rates
6-10 People = $200/hr
11-20 People = $300/hr
