- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing Ranges depending on the size of your home, the amount of prep work needed and the grid of paint you desire to use. Every home is at least slightly different. We provide a discount for customers that are ready to sign on site. This facilitates the process and we appreciate it. Our company stands for delivering great services with a fair price. We Like working with our customers and building long lasting friendships.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Set up an on site estimate or digital estimate. 2. Estimate First 10-15min we have a run down on questions, concerns, products, what areas will get our services, procedures and most importantly find the best fit for our customer. Walk Around We deliver our estimates on site to facilitate our customers decision making. Once an estimate is approved we deliver a 10% off for singing on site. 3. We help with color choosing if needed and provide free paint samples. Great Hands Painting can set you up with a free color consultant and more. We need to have color confirmation and HOA approval to be placed in the calendar. 4. Start Date arrival time between 8:00 am -8:30am can change if needed. 5. Depending on the scope of work of the project, that determines how long the project will take. 6. Walk Through/Touch Ups 7. Clean Up 8. Client satisfaction is completed then we get paid the full amount by check, cash, credit cards. 9. Invoices are sent out stating full payment has been paid. 10. Client Review
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In Great Hands Painting was founded in 2018. Oscar Casas the founder of the company has been in this industry 10 years previously. Karla Mata Manager has worked in painting companies before founding In Great Hands painting with Oscar. All our crews have experience in this industry for over and keep developing their practice. Being a family business looking to expand and provide the service that this industry is lacking in. All are crews and are supervised to provide the best painting service experience you can have.
