The company says a time window and provided updates on exactly when they would arrive. My evaporative cooler was closed down promptly and the Tech was very pleasant to work with. Will call again.

I cannot express what an amazing experience it was to have them come out, inspect our furnace and ac unit give us a comprehensive overview. The integrity was great! They mentioned what we needed to do now vs what can wait and how much everything was. There were no surprises. I will always be using them going forward!
