THE BEST CONTRACTOR IN DENVER I’ve hired over 10 contractors in the past 6 months to work on my home. None have been as professional, thorough and enjoyable to work with as Mateo and his team. I had my cabinets painted and when I asked for touch ups, they basically did an entirely new coat for me. When I purchased bad hardware for my cabinets, they came back and spent several hours redo-ing the hardware at no cost to me. I had been screwed before by a contractor that did terrible work on my backsplash. Mateo redid the entire backsplash and didn’t even charge me for the demolition of the old backsplash. This was a 10/10 experience and a breath of fresh air after hiring so many contractors that rake you over the coals and then provide shoddy work. Thanks Mateo!

They completed many projects in our townhome. They painted the entire interior, tiled two bathrooms, installed kitchen cabinets, installed luxury vinyl plank on our main floor. Everything turned out beautiful, and Mateo was responsive to any questions, concerns or requests we had.

Mateo was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We bought the home and were moving from out of town and were not here initially to walk the job. We had him and several other contractors bid the following work: popcorn removal, taping, retexture, drywall repair on the ceilings and throughout the house on the walls, re-painting the ceiling, re-paint all walls including bathrooms, closets, pantry, etc. as well as paint the floorboards and door trims. Mateo gave a fair price for the work and went to work on an extremely short timeline. We made an agreement over the phone and Mateo and his team literally started the next day. We were not in town and Mateo and his team completed all the drywall repair in the ceiling and popcorn removal, etc. in record time in order to accommodate our movers which were showing up with all our stuff within the next few days. Our movers dropped all our stuff and Mateo and team worked around all our stuff the get the final drywall repairs and painting completed. The work did take a few extra days than initially scheduled but one of those days was self imposed with additional drywall repair requests over and above what we had initially discussed. Mateo was very accommodating and truly cared that we were happy with the end result. He went to work without a deposit and literally completed all the popcorn and ceiling repair and texture work before i ever got into town to meet him face to face. We also changed our mind on paint several times just before we started painting and he was able to work with us on that without changing the price. End result is our house looks 1,000 times better with no popcorn ceilings, good texture and drywall throughout the house, and a great paint job throughout the house. Lines are clean and our house looks so much better. Mateo came and walked throughout the house with me for a final touch up walk to make certain he had addressed everything I wanted. He did not request final payment until literally all the work was completed, cleaned up, and done. He even made a follow up call several days after they were gone just to make sure I hadn’t missed something that needed addressing. Will use them in the future for sure.
