- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on texture, height, also with multiple factors determining the scope of work. Including and not limited to square footage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer decides if they would like a virtual or in-person estimate. If virtual, we walk them through what we look for when inspecting the project. Requesting you provide us with simple measurements. We then determine if an in person visit is warranted or not. In person appointments are typically early morning or in the evening. No later than 7:00 p.m. we walk the property with the you to explore your needs and vision. Bids are typically turned in within 24-48 hrs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied art history, with a focus in architecture and design. Minored in studio arts, and have a career of customer care oriented positions. Colors make sense to me, I understand how paint works, and will always provide you 100% energy.
