- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ALL rates include furniture pads, shrink wrap, and door jam protection at no additional cost. $120/hr - 2men + truck, $155/hr - 3 men + truck, $200/hr 4 men + truck. One time travel fee = $100. Will charge extra for large specialty items (piano, gun safe, exercise equipment, etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we try to best understand the moving needs of the customer to determine if our company will be a good fit. We then explain what this job will require to be accomplished most efficiently. We are up front about what to expect on moving day and we then explain our rates and let them know about how long the job will take. It is important for anyone looking for a quote to be very thorough with the amount of items we will be expected to move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for two successful moving companies before deciding to go out on my own. We have over 6 years experience in the industry and several 5 star reviews on all platforms to show that we truly do care about the customer experience.
