Carlos, Omar and team not only did a great job on the project we contacted them for, but noticed additional work we would need to have done and were able to greatly simplify our project by handling everything we still needed to get done. They built a soffit for our new hood so it could properly mount to our angled ceiling, did a ton of drywall patching and texturing, patched some fiddly areas of our floor where old cabinets and new cabinets didn’t line up, and did an absolutely stunning job installing our new glass tile backsplash. Definitely recommend!

Carlos and his team did an amazing job helping us combine our existing master closet with a spare bedroom. From start to finish, his expertise in demolition, framing, drywall, painting, and electrical work was outstanding. Every phase of the project was handled with precision and care. Carlos is extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented. He walked us through the process, offered great suggestions, and made sure everything was done the right way. The craftsmanship is top-notch — clean lines, smooth drywall finish, and flawless paintwork. The electrical work was done professionally and safely, and the entire space feels seamless, like it was always designed this way. His team was punctual, respectful, and kept the workspace clean throughout the project. The transformation exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. We had an easy time working with CAZ. Quick to get an estimate and begin the work. We needed our extension roof framed and they did exactly what we asked. Also went above and beyond to ensure other parts of the new ceiling was in place securely.

Carlos and his team are awesome. I had to have 3 shower floors completely replaced and an office converted into a bedroom. The guys were able to get all this work done 3 weeks. All the while doing the work with 5 tenants living at the unit. The crew was polite and clean and I got zero complaints from the tenants about the workers. Carlos is super easy to work with and very organized. I got regular updates with pictures daily. On top of the quality of the work, was the price. Very reasonable and fair. Thousands of dollars less than other bidders. He's a reasonable guy and willing to work with your budge. I'm so psyched to add Caz home improvements to my team, that I'm having them do work at my own home. Don't hesitate to call Caz Home improvements if you need anything done to your home or rental property. They do it all.
