Tai chi is a gentle mind-body exercise that helps its practitioners to improve balance, relieve stress, improve flexibility, and help with activities of daily living. I teach tai chi for arthritis and tai chi for energy as well as yang style tai chi for those who want a little more exercise. I also practice and teach qigong (standing meditation) and pushing hands, a sensitivity exercise that relates to tai chi. I work with all ages and ability levels.
