- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing I know every bride has a budget so she needs to have a real good idea about what an item will cost before she starts planning to order it . Our pricing information is front and center on our website. Some items are special order or custom made and these prices will have to be quoted after materials are researched.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our first contact with or customers is over the phone, after they have been referred or found our website. I will spend as much time as I need to finding out all about a brides vision for her special day. We will toss around ideas and then I will create a page just for her on our website. This page will include photos of props or accessories that might work well for her wedding.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been creative, sewing, paint, repurposing, but it wasnt until my daughters wedding that I realized Im really good at this. I want to make each bride feel like her vision has been achieved. Every bride is different and I can help her bring what makes her special to her wedding making an unforgettable event.
